At We Pasifika, we move fast — just like our island flow. Here's everything you need to know about getting your order from us to you.


🇦🇺 Australia-Wide Shipping

Express Shipping

  • $20 Flat Rate

  • Delivery: 1–2 Business Days

Standard Shipping

  • FREE

  • Delivery: 3–5 Business Days

All orders are shipped via Australia Post with full tracking provided.


📦 Order Processing Times

  • Orders are packed and dispatched Monday–Friday, 9AM–4:45PM AEST, and Saturday, 9AM–11:45AM AEST.

  • Delivery times kick in once your order leaves our warehouse.


Same Day Dispatch

  • Order between 9AM–5PM AEST for same day dispatch (Mon–Sat, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders outside this timeframe will ship the next business day.

  • Must select “Same Day Dispatch” at checkout to qualify.


🏝️ Local Delivery (Island Style Service)

  • Place your order between 9AM–5PM AEST to qualify.

  • You'll get a text or email when your order is out for delivery.

  • Orders will be left in a safe place with a photo taken as proof.

  • We Pasifika is not responsible for theft, damage, or loss once delivery is confirmed.


🔄 Split Delivery (Get it Sooner)

Don’t wait. If your order has both in-stock and pre-order items, choose Split Shipping to get available items shipped now.
Your pre-order will be delivered as soon as it’s ready — no delays, no stress.


📬 Missed a Delivery?

If you're not home, your package may be redirected to your local post office.
You’ll need photo ID to collect it.


📦 Tracking Your Order

  • As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

  • Allow up to 48 hours for tracking to go live (Mon–Sat).

  • Didn’t receive it? Check your junk/spam folder just in case.


⚠️ Please Note

  • All sales are final.

  • We Pasifika processes orders fast — if you double up by accident, your order may ship before we can catch it.

  • If your cart includes pre-order and in-stock items (and you don’t select Split Shipping), the whole order will ship together once everything is ready.

  • Pre-orders cannot be cancelled.

  • Providing an incorrect shipping address may result in your parcel being returned to us.

  • Returned orders marked undeliverable will be processed as a store credit.

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once shipped.

  • Some deliveries may require a signature. If no one is available, your parcel will be taken to your local post office for pickup.

  • International customers: We Pasifika is not responsible for customs fees or delays. If customs charges are unpaid and the item is returned, a store credit (minus return fees) will be issued.
