All orders are shipped via Australia Post and include tracking. Track your parcel here.


Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed:

    • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:45 PM AEST

    • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 11:45 AM AEST

  • Orders placed outside these hours will be processed the next business day.

  • We do not process or ship orders on public holidays.


Local Delivery

  • Once ready for delivery, you’ll receive a notification via email or text.

  • All deliveries will be left in a safe place at your shipping address.

  • A photo of the delivered parcel will be taken and shared for confirmation.

  • Southside is not liable for theft or damage after delivery has been made.


Split Shipping Option

  • If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, you can choose Split Shipping at checkout:

    • In-stock items ship immediately.

    • Pre-order items will ship once available.

  • If Split Shipping is not selected, your entire order will be held until all items are ready.


Delivery Issues & Responsibility

  • If you're not home, a calling card will be left, and your package redirected to your local post office for collection with Photo ID.

  • Signature may be required for some orders.

  • Southside is not responsible for:

    • Delays caused by the courier or customs

    • Lost or stolen parcels once marked as delivered

    • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • If your parcel is returned due to incorrect address or non-collection, it will be treated as a return. Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Order Tracking

  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

  • Allow up to 48 hours (Mon–Sat) for tracking details to be emailed.

  • Check your Junk/Spam folder if you haven’t received the email.


Pre-orders

  • Cannot be cancelled once submitted.

  • If ordered with in-stock items and Split Shipping is not selected, your entire order will ship once the pre-order item arrives.

  • If the parcel is returned due to refusal to pay customs or import fees, store credit will be issued minus any return shipping costs incurred by Southside.


Important Notes

  • All sales are final – our team processes orders quickly and cannot accommodate change requests once placed.

  • We do not operate or dispatch on public holidays.
