Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, all items must be in their original condition, unworn, and suitable for resale. This means:

  • All tags must remain attached

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

  • Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, stains, strong odours, or any signs of wear

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined and sent back to the customer.

If your return meets the requirements above, we offer the following options:

Refund
A refund for the full amount paid for the returned item(s). Please note that shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

Store Credit
Store credit for the full amount paid for the returned item(s). Store credit does not expire. Shipping costs, duties, and taxes cannot be credited.

Exchange
You may exchange your item for a different size or style. If there is a price difference, a store credit will be issued so you can repurchase your requested item.

Discounted Orders
Orders purchased using a discount code are only eligible for store credit or exchange, and cannot be refunded.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable duties. However, if an exchange is approved, we will cover the shipping cost to send the replacement item back to you.
